Email Testing & Deployment
Thorough testing and appropriate deployment is essential to achieve
optimum results for any email marketing campaign. The jericho Campaign

Testing covers two areas: delivery testing, and response testing.
Delivery Testing
SmartMail follows a strict testing and quality assurance regime. Email
content testing against Spam Assassin rules points out any issues that
may trigger content filters. As filters on the ISP level may not
exactly match common filter rules we also perform test sends to a
number of email addresses to ensure that receiver configured filters do
not cause the message to be incorrectly tagged as Spam (known as false
positives).
However, even in fully managed campaigns the client is always responsible for final sign off before deployment.
Response Testing
Other levels of response testing may also be applied e.g. from name,
reply address and subject line testing, personalisation, positioning
and wording of links within the email campaign, positioning of imagery
and content within the email, grouping and testing clickthrough rates
to landing pages and in some cases text vs html. Response testing is
designed around the specific needs of each campaign.
Format Testing
HTML emails can be complex and in some circumstances unpredictable in
how consistently they display. SmartMail full-service or collaborative

and platforms to maximise cross platform compatibility. Before you see

Segmentation groups can be set up based on any field in the client

Deployment Scheduling
